During this year’s Spring Festival, the construction of Saudi Arabia’s Nairyah 2 Combined Cycle Power Plant Project entered a critical window, which is the best construction period of the year in Saudi Arabia. While the land of China was immersed in the joy of family reunions during the Spring Festival of the Year of the Horse, the team of HEI's Nairyah 2 project department, far from home and stationed overseas, was racing against time and pushing for progress to ensure the project's accelerated advancement. Through their commitment, they are building a bridge of friendship and cooperation between China and Saudi Arabia.

They are a microcosm of all of HEI’s overseas constructors. On the front lines of energy cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative, they treat their posts as home and embrace hard work, embodying responsibility and commitment, and letting the Chinese red shine brightly in foreign lands.
