On November 20, 2014, HEI officially signed the Spare Parts Service Contract for Indian Talwandi Power Plant Project. This is one more achievement gained by HEI since it put enormous efforts in building up the after-sales service sector and fully implemented the “4S” service mode.
As after-sales service business is one of HEI’s “four major business segments”, academicians from Academy of Engineering set up an expert team at the beginning of this year. This team has implemented “4S” service mode and intensified development of the after-sales service market. In the middle of September, Secretary of Party Committee and Vice Chairman of HEI, Mr. Qu Aimin along with his delegation paid a visit to regions like Talwandi India. Talwandi Power Plant has three 660MW thermal power units, one of which was just completed and the other two units are still under construction. Talwandi Power Plant highly values the safe and stable operation of the units and has paid high attention to HEI’s after-sales service business and its mode and then suggested cooperation with HEI. At last, the contract was signed smoothly after negotiation between the two parties.
