On July 10, 2017, a delegation of three people headed by Chen Qiang Vice President of Dongfang Electric International Cooperation Corporation came to HEI to investigate. Mr. Guo Yu Chairman of HEI, Mr. Zhang Zhenjiang Vice President of HEI and some other relevant department principals held talks with the investigation group from Dongfang Electric International Cooperation Corporation.

During the talks, Mr. Guo Yu described the operation mode and business development of HEI and deeply discussed and exchanged with the delegation headed by Mr. Chen Qiang on the development prospect of HEI under the new situation.

Mr. Chen Qiang said that HEI as a Chinese pioneer enterprise of “Going Global” has a very profound foundation and precious experiences in the internationalized business operation. The purpose of the investigation was to learn the operation mechanism of HEI in the management and development aspects and use it for reference in the integration and transformation of Dongfang Electric international platform to accelerate the enterprise development.

Mr. Zhang Zhenjiang, Vice President of HEI, and the other participants explained in detail the functions and operation mechanisms of the business departments, the operation modes of the subsidiaries, etc. in which the investigation group was very interested.
