Ambassador Yu Hongyang required the Zetas Project staff to continue overcoming difficulties, make persistent efforts, coordinate well with all stakeholders and ensure the project’s schedule and quality; he added that HEI also needs to positively adapt to Turkey’s complex political environment and security situation, keep strengthening the sense of responsibility and the spirit of ‘safety first’, insist on the principles of a common duty for both Party and Government, two duties for one post and joint management, enhance security management, establish good security protection and successfully complete the project on the premise of ensuring safety.
Mr. Qiao Shiming stated that HEI would strictly comply with the Embassy’s and Ambassador’s instructions and requirements, practically strengthen security on the project site, positively communicate with the Embassy, project Owner and local government, and consistently speed up the project’s progress so as to achieve its early completion and contribute to both HEI’s development and the construction of the national economy.
During the visit, Ambassador Yu Hongyang called on local employee Engin’s home and asked about his family life and work conditions. Engin and his brother stated that it was a great honor and a great joy to work at HEI; they got along very well with their Chinese colleagues and they were willing to work for HEI permanently.
