From March 31 to April 1, Li Chao, Chairman of the Board of HEI, led a team to conduct a site inspection at the Syrdarya II Project in Uzbekistan. During the visit, the team inspected the project's construction progress, listened to reports on project execution, and set forth requirements for the next phase of work.

Li Chao fully affirmed the remarkable achievements made by all employees at the Syrdarya II Project site through their hard work and dedication in overcoming difficulties. He stated that as the project enters a critical phase of construction, his visit to the site is primarily aimed at encouraging the team, helping to coordinate and resolve current issues and challenges, and express the company's high regard for and firm support of its overseas projects and frontline employees.

Li Chao emphasized that the Central and North Asia Regional Headquarters must further strengthen its strategic leadership and scientifically plan its long-term development layout. It must rigorously and meticulously manage all aspects of commissioning to fully consolidate existing achievements. The regional headquarters should deepen market development and continuously expand business opportunities. It should promote lean management, systematically summarize project experience and lessons learned, and develop reference materials that can be used and promoted. Additionally, it must strengthen talent development and build a high-caliber, professional overseas team to provide strong support for the high-quality development of the company's overseas business.
