At 17:30 on April 4, local time in Mexico, the Manzanillo III 350MW Combined Cycle Power Plant Project, constructed by HEI, successfully completed its 15-day reliability run. The unit operated steadily with excellent parameters, demonstrating reliability that exceeded contract and dispatch requirements. This marks another significant milestone after the completion of various complex grid-related dispatch tests, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent overall handover of the project.

During the reliability run, the project team focused on the core task of "stable operation." Through scientific organization and meticulous planning, they reasonably arranged for operations and maintenance personnel to work in shifts, implementing 24-hour on-duty patrols and inspections. This ensured real-time monitoring of equipment status, timely detection of on-site issues, and rapid response to any anomalies, effectively guaranteeing the continuous and stable operation of the unit. Meanwhile, the project department has consistently adhered to the management philosophy of "Safety First, Quality Foremost." It has continuously strengthened on-site safety inspections and hazard identification, strictly implemented all quality and safety control measures, and effectively reinforced the frontline safety defense, ensuring that the entire reliability run process remained safe, controllable, stable, and orderly.

The successful conclusion of this 15-day reliability run has fully tested the stability and reliability of the unit's operation, showcasing the project team's collaborative, responsible, rigorous, and efficient work style. Next, the project department will continue to maintain this positive momentum, solidly advance the subsequent closing-out work, and strive for the early and smooth handover of the project, thereby continuing to contribute to the company's efforts to deepen its presence in overseas markets and promote high-quality development.
