On January 28, Li Mo, President of Harbin Electric International Company Limited (HEI), met with Patxi Saez, Senior Vice President of ACWA Power (ACWA), and Faisal Albirdisi, Executive Managing Director of Hassyan Energy Phase 1 PSC (Hassyan Energy), along with their delegation. Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on the follow-up work of projects under execution and cooperation in the global market. Zhang Shijie, Vice President of HEI, also attended the meeting.

Li Mo expressed his gratitude to ACWA and Hassyan Energy for their long-standing trust and support for HEI. He stated that he hopes both sides will continue to uphold the principle of “win-win cooperation,” work together to advance the outstanding matters in ongoing projects, fulfill their commitments, and bring the projects to a successful conclusion as soon as possible. At the same time, he called for actively exploring new entry points for cooperation in the global energy sector to promote the partnership to a new stage of higher quality.

Mr. Patxi Saez thanked Li Mo for his warm reception and highly commended the efforts and achievements made by HEI in the construction and operation of the projects. Patxi Saez indicated that he would actively respond to HEI’s suggestions for advancing the follow-up work of the projects under execution. He emphasized that with the accelerated global energy transition, there are broad prospects for cooperation between the two parties. He hopes that both sides will further strengthen communication and coordination, leverage their respective resource advantages, and jointly explore new opportunities for cooperation in the global market.
