The project will be financed by the concession loan provided by Chinese government to the SCO member countries.

Angren Coal-fired Power Plant Project has a good location which is 100 kilo-meters to the east of the capital of Uzbekistan, Tashkent. The project is configured with one CFB boiler and one turbo-generator set with a total capacity of 150 MW. The contract is on EPC basis, including supply, engineering, civil, installation, commissioning, test run, testing, and training related to host and auxiliary machines.

Angren Coal-fired Power Plant Project is HEI’s first EPC project in central Asia and Russian-speaking areas.
