On June 15th, 2013, some African ambassadors to China visited HEI with the leaders and staff of the China International Trade Promotion Committee branch of Heilongjiang Province and the China-Africa Chamber of Commerce. The delegation consists of ambassadors from nearly ten African countries including Tanzania, Botswana and Zimbabwe.

The delegation first visited HE Group HEC exhibition and main workshops, especially on the production capacity and equipment manufacturing conditions of HE Group. Next, HEI held an exchange forum with the delegation. In the forum, HEI presented the delegation of the overseas market development and the market progress in Africa. The presentation fully introduced the Group is strong production and manufacturing capabilities as well as its overseas power plant EPC capabilities and implementation. In particular, it highlighted the strength and remarkable achievements of HEI in the African electricity market. At the meeting, the two parties also exchanged opinions on the mutual issues. The strength of HE Group and HEI deeply impressed the delegation.

The visit of the African ambassador delegation built a good platform for the future bilateral communication and opportunity for further partnership. HEI has always attached great importance to African electricity market. It has strengthened exchanges and cooperation with African companies. Up to now, HEI has implemented hydropower, thermal power, combined cycle, power transmission lines projects in Africa. With good market feedback in Africa, HEI hopes to actively develop the electricity market in Africa to make a greater contribution to the development of the African electricity in the future!
