On February 26th, 2013, in order to intensify the deeper cooperation between both parties, Harbin Electric International Company Limited (HEI) and Tianjin Electric Power Construction Company (TEPC) signed the Comprehensive Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement in Harbin. Mr. Guo Yu, Chairman of the Board and General Manager of HEI; Mr. Yang Qingli, Vice President of HEI; Mr. Wang Shimin, Vice President of HEI and the leaders from the relevant business divisions and functional departments participated in the meeting. Mr. Zuo Zhong, General Manager and Secretary of the Party Committee of TEPC, Mr. Xu Dong, General Manager of Tianjin Electric Power Construction Company Overseas Engineering Company, and Mr. Xie Zuowen, Vice President of Tianjin Electric Power Construction Company Overseas Engineering Company presented the signing ceremony.

Mr. Guo Yu firstly expressed his warm welcome to Mr. Zuo and all the guests from TEPC, and then appreciated TEPC for its strong supports and help for HEI in term of market development and project execution for a long time. Mr. Guo expressed that HEI and TEPC enjoyed good cooperation in many power projects and laid favorable cooperation foundation. He also emphasized that in consideration of the increasingly fierce competition in global electric power market, both parties should sincerely cooperate with each other and complement each other’s advantages, and it was of crucial significance to the future common and stable development for both parties to sign the Comprehensive Strategic Cooperation Agreement.

Mr. Zuo firstly expressed his thanks for the supports and help HEI provided to TEPC, and pointed out that profound friendship had been established during the long-term cooperation between both parties. According to Mr. Zuo, HEI trusted TEPC all the way and deeper communications and cooperation in more aspects between both parties were expected.

HEI and TEPC also exchanged views on the execution projects which are cooperated by both parties. Both parties agreed to endeavor to enforce the execution process. After that, Mr. Wang Shimin, Vice President of HEI and Mr. Xie Zuowen, Vice President of Tianjin Electric Power Construction Company Overseas Engineering Company, signed the Comprehensive Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement.
