In recent years, the HEI
Customer Service Center has been striving to promote after-sales services, and
develop such new businesses as renovation and training in addition to spare
parts supply and maintenance. As a result, HEI enjoys diversified forms of
services, expands its after-sales services and wins a good market reputation.
This year, as there are more and more renovation projects, the Center has
further strengthened its design communication, production quality control,
renovation construction and other management capabilities, making efforts to be
a professional and meticulous team able to provide more professional and
meticulous brand services; as a result, HEI has plenty of loyal customers and
its market development capability has been greatly improved. The signing of the
abovementioned four contracts further accelerates the diversified development
progress of HEI’s ‘after-sales service business’.
