Located in the town of Jamshoro, 30km away from Hyderabad, Sindh, Pakistan, the Jamshoro Project with the total installed capacity of 1320MW consists of two 660MW ultra-supercritical units. The scope of contract includes supply, design, civil construction, installation, commissioning, trial operation, test, training, operation and maintenance of the units and auxiliary equipment.
The successful signing of the Jamshoro Project is another major achievement of HEI in its active response to the Belt and Road Initiative of China, implementing the “three-step” strategy, cultivating the overseas market, and promoting the brand of the company. This not only increased the market share of HEI in the power plant EPC field of Pakistan, but also achieved the zero breakthrough in the large coal-fired power plant project aspect of the Pakistan market. In addition, it gave an impetus to export of main power generation equipment of HEI and further promoted the international influence of its brand, laying a solid foundation for the company to realize the goal of “doing secondary pioneering work well and striving for the first-class and world-renowned enterprise”.
