Recently, Li Chao, Chairman of HEI, met with Gao Bo, Chairman and Secretary of the Party Committee of CSCEC International Operations (hereinafter “CSCEC International”), and his delegation. The two sides held in-depth exchanges on overseas energy and power market synergy and cooperation in key regions. Jin Changfan and Zhang Shijie, Deputy General Managers of HEI, attended the talks.

Li Chao extended a warm welcome to Gao Bo and his delegation on behalf of HEI and introduced HEI’s international industry development approach during the “15th Five-Year Plan” period. He stated that, leveraging HEC's advantages in main equipment manufacturing and its experience in overseas power station engineering and construction, HEI possesses full-chain power engineering service capabilities spanning project development, equipment supply, engineering construction, and operation and maintenance. He expressed the hope that both sides will continue to deepen business interaction in key regions, achieve complementary advantages, build a resilient and efficient industrial chain, and jointly explore key regional markets.

Gao Bo thanked HEI for its warm reception and introduced CSCEC International’s overseas layout and energy and power business development. He noted that CSCEC International is implementing a “7+4” market layout and is accelerating the cultivation of energy and power as a new business segment. The two sides are highly complementary in market resources and professional technology, and highly aligned in the business philosophy of “pursuing excellence and strength with controllable risks,” with broad prospects for future cooperation. He expressed the hope that both sides will take this exchange as an opportunity to establish a regular communication and coordination mechanism, deepen synergy in key regions and emerging fields, and jointly contribute to high-quality Belt and Road cooperation.
