On October 23, Li Chao, Chairman of the Party Committee of HEI, met with Mo Marzouk, President of Global EPC Business and Strategic Partnerships at GE Vernova (hereinafter "GEV"), and his delegation. The two sides held in-depth discussions on topics including the development trends of the gas business, transformation and upgrading of emerging businesses, and digital-intelligent integrated solutions. Jin Changfan and Zhang Shijie, Deputy General Managers of HEI, attended the talks.

Li Chao welcomed Mo Marzouk and his delegation, introduced HEI's core advantages and cooperation philosophy as an overseas EPC contractor, and affirmed the strong support GEV has provided in the implementation of HEI's overseas projects. He noted that HEI and GEV share a deep cooperative history. Starting from the Pakistani Guddu Project 40 years ago and progressing through a series of key projects including Bin Qasim Power Station-II, Bhikki Project, and Balloki Project, GEV has always been an important strategic partner for HEI. With the global gas business layout continuing to expand, he expressed the hope that both sides will fully leverage their differentiated advantages in main equipment, deepen synergy, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.

Mo Marzouk thanked HEI for its warm reception, introduced GEV's core business segments and overseas market layout, elaborated on GEV's four current strategic priorities, and outlined GEV's development direction of transitioning toward emerging tracks such as data centers and building digital-intelligent integrated solutions. He pointed out that HEI is a crucial strategic partner for GEV and that HEI's achievements in international talent development in recent years have been remarkable. He looked forward to continuing to deepen business cooperation with HEI, leveraging the resource advantages of both sides to jointly explore diversified market spaces.
