In March 2026, the maintenance overhaul project for Units 4 and 5 of the ZETES III Power Plant officially commenced. During the three-month overhaul period, HEI’s project management team remained stationed on the front line throughout the entire process, making advance arrangements, systematically optimizing maintenance procedures, and strictly following technical specifications to execute each stage of work. The team successfully resolved equipment issues on Units 4 and 5 one by one. Meanwhile, the project team completed high-quality full-scope welding repairs on the boiler and successfully passed the hydraulic pressure test on the first attempt, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent start-up of the units. Following the completion of maintenance on each unit, the start-up process - from ignition and turbine rolling to synchronization and grid connection - was completed successfully on the first attempt. All operating parameters met the required standards, enabling the units to smoothly resume commercial operation.
