As of February 24, 2014, HEI’s customer service center has successfully completed the dispatch of India’s ACB Power Plant’s spare parts. This has proven yet another exemplar of the success of HEI’s services in the Indian market following its service provision for India’s Jagatsinghpur and Jharsuguda Power Plants.

India’s ACB Power Plant was constructed with a local Indian company serving as the EPC contractor and BTG (the boiler, turbine and generator) supplied by Harbin Electric Corporation. At bidding inception, through several discussions and negotiations with the owner, HEI customer service won over the owner through its client-focused commitment to service, and was eventually selected to provide after-sales services to the plant. Aiming at the Indian market, HEI’s customer service center has established a principle of providing first-rate services and developing the HEI brand to provide settlement and assistance for clients’ requirements in a timely manner. As the O&M operator, HEI has won the owner of the plant’s high admiration for its professional and superior services.
