On January 4th, 2017, HEI Chairman of the Board Guo Yu and China Energy Engineering Group Guangdong Power Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as China Energy GPEC) President Liu Ruihua signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement in Harbin on behalf thereof. China Energy GPEC Vice President Ding Yi, Guangdong International Power Engineering Co., Ltd. Vice Presidents Zhang Wenfeng and Yao Hong, and HEI President Qu Aimin and Vice President Dong Yinzhu and the others attended the signing ceremony.
Before signing the agreement, both sides conducted an in-depth exchange of views, admired the cooperation achievements achieved on international power station construction sector and jointly expressed their willingness to enhance cooperation in the future. They both hope to combine their strengths through deep-rooted cooperation and march into foreign markets together so as to further push forward the ‘Made in China’ brands prestige in the world, and make contributions to China's implementation of the ‘Belt and Road Initiative and ‘Going Global’ strategy.
Established in 1956 and affiliated to the China Energy Engineering Cooperation Limited, China Energy GPEC has developed into an integrated large-scale EPC enterprise in power sector. As HEI has cooperated with China Energy GPEC in power station EPC projects many times, they have established a friendly and mutually trusting relationship. The signing of this agreement will further strengthen their cooperation in power station EPC projects, which has strategic significance for their expansion of the international power market. |
