In 2002, when we contracted and constructed the Sudan Garri Phase I power plant, the project office donated 200,000 USD to the president of Sudan for construction of a school in his hometown. In 2005, we contracted and built the Garri Phase II power plant, donating the funds for the construction of a kindergarten in the Garri Township Power Plant Staff family residential area. In 2006, we contracted and built the Sudan Merowe Power Transmission Project, and donated 10,000,000 Sudanese Dinar (equivalent to 40,000 USD) to Model Middle School in Dongula City. In 2009, we contracted and built the Sudan Dongula Power Transmission Project, and donated 4,000,000 USD to build a stadium for the local town. In 2009, in response to a request from the Chinese Embassy in Sudan, we donated 10,000 USD as poverty relief fund to Sudan Darfur. In 2010, in response to another request from the Chinese Embassy in Sudan, we donated 10,000 USD to a girls＇school in Sudan.
