On October 27, Jasim Husain, CEO of Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (TAQA), led a delegation to conduct an on-site inspection and research at the Nairyah 2 Project site in Saudi Arabia. Li Mo, General Manager of Harbin Electric International Co., Ltd. (HEI), along with the Nairyah 2 Project execution team, met with the delegation from the owner. Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions regarding project execution, and the Nairyah 2 Project department provided a report focusing on project progress, construction safety, and quality control.
Li Mo, on behalf of HEI, welcomed the visiting senior team from the owner and expressed gratitude for their consistent and strong support for the project execution.
Jasim Husain highly commended HEI's strong emphasis on and full support for the Nairyah 2 Project, and expressed satisfaction with the project's construction achievements. He stated that since the commencement of the Nairyah 2 Project eight and a half months ago, the project execution team has achieved remarkable results in all aspects through reasonable planning, resource coordination, and scientific construction, fully demonstrating HEI's technical prowess and management capabilities in the field of large-scale power plant general contracting. He emphasized that both parties should continue to work together to not only make the Nairyah 2 Project a benchmark project that contributes to Saudi Arabia's realization of its "2030 Vision" but also to continuously deepen their further cooperation in the Middle East region, achieving win-win development.

The project is progressing smoothly. Previously, at 7:25 a.m. local time in Saudi Arabia on October 3, the Nairyah 2 Combined Cycle Power Plant Project, contracted to HEI for construction, successfully completed the zero-meter layer foundation concrete pouring for the No. 2 gas turbine and generator. On October 7, the project team also successfully accomplished the zero-meter layer foundation concrete pouring for the No. 3 gas turbine and generator.
