On January 28th, 2013, HEI has received the Final Acceptance Certificate officially from the Owner for the Tuyen Quang 3X114MW Hydropower Project which is constructed by HEI. By this time, All the construction task of Tuyen Quang 3X114MW Hydropower Project have been done successfully.
