At 16:43 on November 18, Dubai local time, the island test of Unit No. 1 of Dubai Hassyan 4×600 MW Clean Coal-fired Power Project constructed by Harbin Electric International Co., Ltd. (HEI) was completed smoothly, and connected to the grid successfully again. Up to now, all the assessment tests of Unit 1 under the Contract have been successfully completed, pass through the Employer’s witness and approval. It mainly includes the reliability operation for coal and natural gas, performance test and island test. During the test period, the unit runs smoothly and all the parameters meet the requirements of the Contract. At present, the conditions of commercial operation for Unit 1 have been fully reached, HEI has applied to the Employer for the formal commercial operation of Unit 1.
