Through the untiring joint efforts of Pakistan Malakand-III Hydro Power Project and other cooperating institutions, a new long-expected objective has been finally realized. The Defects Liability Certificate was issued by the Owner / Engineer on Nov. 29th 2010 since unit 1#, unit 2# and unit 3# of Pakistan Malakand-III Hydro Power Project was put into operation in June, 2008 and Defects Notification Period started from Dec. 1st 2008.

Malakand-III Hydro Power Plant is the first Turnkey project of Hydro Power constructed by Harbin Power Engineering Co. Ltd. In Pakistan as well as is consist of three Francis turbine-generator units with total installed capacity of 3 × 27 MW.

Under the strong support of company leaders and the correct leadership of the project department, all the staff in the project department brings into play the fine tradition of our company, in strict attitude of being responsible for the customer and in the principle of winning honor for our country, overcoming numerous difficulties and working overtime to make a significant contribution to ensure the target of the project.
