On March 28, 2012, the PTOCs of three gas turbines for Bin Qasim 560MW CCPP were obtained by Harbin Electric International Company Limited (HEI). The warranty periods for three gas turbines were calculated from Feb 15, 2012.

Bin Qasim 560MW CCPP is the first 309E gas fired combined cycle Power station constructed independently by HEI following the Uch 309E CCPP in Pakistan. It has great impact on developing electricity marketing of Pakistan and meanwhile HEI gains wild experiences on the execution of CCPP.

Since the execution of this project, HEI has wined the trust and recognition from Owner and Supervisor through the high quality services and exquisite technical strength which also won the honor for HEI and contributed the international know and influence of HEI.
