This renewal is considered

a further extension and expansion of the strategic partnership agreement

entered into by both parties in 2013, making it richer in content and wider in fields.

In recent years, HEI has continued to deepen its strategic cooperation with GE

and expand into new cooperation areas. Their previous cooperation was mainly

conducted in the gas power generation business, but now they have formed an

all-round cooperation pattern in the gas power generation business, steam power

generation business and grid business, with all businesses well-balanced

soaring. It is worth mentioning that their cooperation on two Class-H CCPPprojects

titled Bhikki and Balloki in 2015, as well as the execution of their agreement on

the 2,400 MW Hassyan Project in Dubai, pushed their partnership to a higher

level and laid good foundations for the future of their comprehensive strategic

cooperation relationship.
