On May 8, 2013, the Indonesia Paiton 1 X 660 MW Coal-Fired Power Plant Project undertaken by HEI was formally issued a Taking Over Certificate (TOC) by Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Indonesian state power company, also PT. PLN (Persero). The Taking Overr Certificate confirms that the Indonesian Paiton 1 x 660 MW Coal-Fired Power Plant Project has been formally taken over, fully placing it into the warranty period commencing July 19, 2012; the warranty period will expire July 18, 2013.

Currently, the plant is running smoothly and has excellent performance indicators.
