At 19:00 on October 2nd, local time, the first concrete pouring of Unit 4 foundation of Dubai Hassyan 4×600MW clean coal-fired power station project undertaken by HEI was successfully completed. This time, a total of 1,103 cubic meters were poured, which laid a solid foundation for the follow-up Hassyan Project Unit 4 boiler foundation construction and boiler steel structure hoisting work.
