On March 24, with the joint efforts of all parties involved in the construction the 1# and 2# steam turbine generators of the Iraqi Amara single-cycle conversion combined cycle power station project undertaken by HEI were successfully hoisted in place, marking the official beginning of the installation work of the steam turbine generator island of the Amara project.
