The 3rd Plenary Session of the 7th Council of China International Contractors Association (“CHINCA”) and 2017 Annual Industrial Meeting was held in Chengdu, Sichuan from November 30 to December 1, 2017. More than 300 representatives of over 140 council member units from all over the country attended the session. HEI, as one of the CHINCA council member units, attended the session.

At the session, CHINCA presented medals to the Chinese enterprises that had been listed among the 2017 ENR Top 250 Global Contractors. HEI was listed as one of the Top 250 Global Contractors again, ranking the 67th, 21 places higher than that in 2016. Among all Chinese enterprises in this list, HEI ranked the 13th.
