HBC has two superhigh pressure 135~150MW grade CFB boiler, one is designed and made via introducing ALSTOM technology, the other is dual flue damper thermoregulation scheme R&D on our own.
1)introduced 135~150MW grade reheating CFB boiler The technical feature of the introduced 135~150MW grade CFB boiler is consistent with that of introduced 220t/h and 410t/h, which is of M-shaped layout, double separator, two double-line return valve, water cooled air distributor and major diameter bell-jar-shaped funnel cap. 135~150MW CFB boiler unit is with additional reheater system, the reheater is arranged in two stages: low temperature stage is placed within the rear flue duct, while the high temperature stage within furnace. It is platen heating surface. The trim spray type desuperheater is placed in between low temperature reheater and high temperature reheater to control the outlet temperature of reheater.
2)Independent 135~150MW grade reheating CFB boiler In order to explore oversea market, HBC developed double flue damper temperature regulating type superhigh pressure reheating type CFB boiler on its own. The scheme divide the rear convection pass into two, while the reheater low temperature stage is placed in the front pass. Primary superheater and three-stage superheater is placed in rear pass. Flue damper regulator is placed below the double flue, and reheating steam temperature can be adjusted by means of adjusting the opening of the double flue damper. At present, HBC signed the supply contract for 3 sets of 520t/h CFB boiler in Outer Mongolia where such technology is in use.
