HBC made its first set of superhigh pressure parameter 670-680t/h boiler configured for 200MW turbine generator in 1960s, first case in China. After years of development and perfection, the boiler burning anthracite, meagre coal, bitumite, lignite, oil and gas is developed in succession, when the complete furnace series takes shape. It is exported to Pakistan. Ever since 1980s, under the guidance of design with high starting point and high standard, we properly absorbed the advanced points of the introduced technology, the design and manufacture of 670t/h boiler makes new progress. We have made 100-plus sets of superhigh pressure parameter 200MW boiler to date, who are in normal operation in 40-plus power plants home and abroad, receiving good remarks from the user. |

HEC HBC designed and made its first set of high temperature and high pressure 220t/h~240t/h boiler configured for 50MW turbine generator set in 1958. It is primarily designed in compliance with former Soviet Union drawings. As early as 1980s, such advanced technology as membrane tube water wall, membrane type roof tube, drum centralized downcomer, double-pillar all-steel structure, complete with high-energy autoignition, furnace FSSS burner management system, furnace flame industrial television, drum water level industrial television. Further, we developed several furnace types, such as furnace burning anthracite, bitumite, meagre coal, lignite, oil and gas, this way, complete furnace types appears in succession. On such basis, we developed non-standard boiler configured for 55MW and 82MW turbine generator set, which has been exported to North Korea, Malaysia and Indonesia. There are almost 170 sets of 50MW grade boilers in total in steady and safe operation home and abroad. In the middle of 1980s, in line with the instruction from Ministry of Machine-building, HBC transferred the design and manufacture technology for 220t/h~240t/h boiler to five boiler plants located in Beijing, Sichuan, Hangzhou, Wuxi and Tangshan. With the development of new technology, HBC improves the performance level and concrete structure of 220t/h~240t/h boiler, laying solid foundation for the safe, reliable and effective operation of the 220t/h~240t/h boiler. |
